There are times when policies are needed and there are times when you want to pass right over them, but this is not one of those times. We here at Zamaman Designs service not only local customers but also worldwide.

Some of the services that would fall into the polices area would be any of our signage shipped domestic and internationally.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any of our signage that we sell. We make all products custom to order and therefore we cannot resell any ordered products. However, we will replace products that are not to quality standards.

Shipping

For all domestic orders we ship UPS ground unless alternate shipping is preferred by the customer. Any international as well as any order to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped by U.S. Mail.

With this we can keep your cost for any small business or personal signage as low as possible.
